Welcome to the Trinity Hall Computer Support Group's web server.

The Computer Support Group are a group of students at Trinity Hall, Cambridge who provide computer support for other students at the college on behalf of the IT department.

CSG website - The website of the Computer Support Group, mainly information about the CSG, what they do, and how to get help from them.

CSG Support requests - Go here if you need to contact the CSG for computer help. Usually, the quickest way to get support is to chat to us online or submit a Service Request if there is nobody around.

Network Services - This website details some of the network services that are run by the IT department. If you want a connection to the network, online forms to apply can be found here.

Tips / Advice / Howtos - A collection of useful instructions that might help you manage your computer.

Loan Computer Website - The website for Trinity Hall Loan computers, computers that are loaned by the college to students for a year, to help with their studies. Includes information about the scheme, information for users, including help, and explanations, and an online applicaiton form.
